Additionally, all ceiling fans, lighting fixtures, and plumbing fixtures inside the house have been replaced. All outdoor lighting fixtures and workshop lights have been updated to LED. All three garage door openers have been replaced, and every interior wall has been painted at least once, with touch-ups done just this June.
